Three for Two

Due to the unique nature of most repairs, if you are not a member of our Maintenance plans, handyman repairs require a minimum charge of 200 dollars.  What you get in return is our pledge that you will receive at least 3 hours of our service.  We will provide a free quote for services, and if it takes less time than we planned we will do additional tasks for you, free of charge. As a Maintenance plan member you will receive many of these tasks at a free or reduced rate, since we will already be planning to stop by to take care of other needs!
